零下50度冷却,热传导分析

    

    前些天,我们接了一个比较特殊的模流分析案子,客人要求要为一模具通零下50度的CO2来进行热传导分析。

客人的要求如下:

a moldflow? to see the heat transport through the mold (cooling channels, inserts, core, cavity,etc):Short explanation of the mold. The product comes in the mold though a spruebushing with a heat of 80°C, it comes in a chamber, which heated by pipes with water.Then mold will be filled because the pins are back.The productholes are cooled with liquid CO2 which has - 50°. Then the cylinder moves the plates with the pins 5 mm forward so the pins will close the

injection holes.As it will be a food that is injected all the plates must be of corrosion-resisting steel. To make sure there is not much heat transport there is an isolationplate used the very low hear resistance coefficient (λ).The heat resistance coefficient (λ) of the ceramic is 2, The pin and bush are from a ceramic (also to prevent heat transport)

客人想知道在如此低的温度下,成型时要注意哪些问题?另外想知道在成型时模具内每一块钢板的温度分布状况。我们不辱使命,给了客人一些中肯的建议,并得到认可。
