ARTMOLD provide consulting services in all aspects of filling, packing, cooling and warpage analysis for injection molding using Solid, Middle plane and Shell modules. We offer services for the Conventional Injection molding process, Gas Assist Injection molding process, Thermoset Injection molding and Insert molding. With the analysis results and our expertise in interpreting the analysis results, you will be able to optimize your part design, tool design and processes to maximize part quality and minimize cycle time and cost.

THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE CUSTOM REPORT FORMATS that clearly communicate project specific information to our customer so it may be utilized to solve and/or eliminate problems. This would include hard copy reports as well as full electronic animated reports that can be run at your location. We can also schedule on site presentations to demonstrate detailed results and answer questions.

Do an analysis needed data as follow:

1. 3d files of the product (PRO/E, X-T, STP, IGS format files)
2. the material information (trade name or provide the data sheet will good)
3. 2d/3d mould design drawing or other instructions (We need to know that where can place the gate location? How many cavity no.? Hot runner or cold runner system will be used? Etc.).

The analysis report for approval will be submitted within 1-3 working days.
